Responsibilities

• Participate in signalling system replacement project to enhance train service with Communication Based Train Control technology
• Provide technical support to ensure seamless interface and mitigate the risk of service interruption to the operating railway
• Supervise on-site installation and testing and commissioning works
• Work closely with contractors and various stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery while complying with corporate standards
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science or a related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years’ post-graduate experience
• Sound knowledge in one of the following technologies:
• Railway Signalling Areas
• Passenger Train / Locomotive Controls / Automatic Train Protection and Automatic Train Operation / Automatic Train Supervision System / Computer Based Interlocking
• Non-railway Signalling Areas
• Data Communication, Network Security and Radio Communication using IEEE 802.3 and LTE / Real-time Computer Control System / Automobile control / Avionics
• Experience in brownfield railway signalling project is an advantage
  

Remarks

• Required to perform overnight shift duties
• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
