Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hongkong for a Desktop Support Specialist at TECEZE. The specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, troubleshooting, and desk support.

Qualifications

• Desktop Computers Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Technical Support and Desk Top Support skills
• Experience in Printer Support
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A+ Certification is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
