On behalf of a fast growing international food manufacturing client, we are searching for a Global Marketing Director or Manager to be based in Hong Kong. The Global Marketing Director / Manager will drive marketing initiatives and activities to build the brand across different key markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Formulating the overall marketing strategy and communication strategy for the brand
• Lead consumer insights and market trend assessment and partner with culinary team to develop product offerings
• Accountable for metrics such as revenue, market share, brand health and other marketing related KPIs
CRITERIA:
• More than 10 years of work experience in a marketing / brand management role in a regional and / or global capacity with ownership over multiple markets.
• Previous experience in Food Manufacturing, QSR, consumer food products preferred.
- Experience in Chinese cuisine would be an advantage
• Marketing experience in reputable consumer brands or retail business would also be an advantage.
• Strong business acumen and growth mindset with agility is very important
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin AND English with strong presentation skills.
- Must be open to Travel (30%), work in matrix environment.
