Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF was founded in 1986 and was established as an independent non-government organization to support UNICEF’s mission.
We are seeking a Business Analyst to manage CRM projects and support CRM systems. In addition, this role will involve working on payment gateway and integration projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple systems and tools, gaining hands-on experience in system enhancements, automation and integrations.
The ideal candidate shall have a strong CRM and operational background, who understands the end-to-end project lifecycle and can drive system enhancements and integration projects effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and document business and system requirements, including process flows, data mappings and integration specifications.
- Work with technical teams, vendors, and internal users to propose effective solutions for system enhancements and integrations.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders, assist in solution evaluation, and support informed decision-making and prioritization.
- Create UAT test plan and conduct testing with various teams, ensure system functionality, and assist in the smooth deployment of solutions.
- Proactively manage project schedules, track task progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency through data automation and workflow improvements.
- Assist in managing end-to-end project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst; experience with accounting software and CRM systems would be an advantage
- Proven experience with CRM (preferably D365) is preferred
- Proven capability to manage and execute implementation projects independently
- Experience in managing payment gateways, workflow automation, and website projects is preferred
- Candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to details
