We are seeking a Capital Markets Director , based in our Hong Kong office and reporting directly to the Managing Director, to drive B2B business development and expand our market presence in APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute B2B business development strategies across APAC regions.
- Establish, build, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with institutional clients, family offices, wealth management firms, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop innovative solutions tailored to partners’ needs.
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion through strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Provide business forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure investor and partner satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
- Monitor market conditions and industry trends, presenting insights to inform strategy.
- Requires frequent travel within APAC markets when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in capital markets, private equity, private banking, or wealth management.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
- Established network and a proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
