Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct state-of-the-art research in AI/ML, including but not limited to deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative models, NLP, or computer vision.
• Design and implement experiments, analyze results, and publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ACL).
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate research into deployable technologies.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.
• Build prototypes, benchmark models, and contribute to open-source or internal tools.
• Mentor junior researchers or interns when applicable.

Qualifications:

• PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong background in at least one of the following: deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, computer vision, or generative models.
• Solid programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
• Proven research track record (publications, patents, or impactful projects).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
