macOS Support Engineer

Location: Hong Kong (with occasional travel to Tokyo/Sydney)

Work Setup: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote

Join a global fintech leader shaking up the alternative investment space. We’re looking for a hands-on macOS Support Engineer to own Apple endpoint management across APAC.

What You’ll Do:

• Support and manage Mac and iPad endpoints
• Handle JAMF administration and system configurations
• Set up workstations and peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (Tier 1 & 2)
• Maintain internal IT documentation and knowledge base
• Contribute to infrastructure and AI-enhanced tool development

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years in macOS systems and JAMF
• Comfortable scripting in bash, Python, or Swift
• Familiar with Unix environments and ITSM tools (e.g. Freshservice)
• Bonus points for certifications (ACSP, JAMF Admin, etc.)
