Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data retrieval, maintain confidentiality, and support the performance management team with efficient record management.
  • Download appraisal records from performance management systems in a timely manner for lawyers and staff separated from the firm
  • Name each downloaded file according to a designated format to ensure consistency and easy identification
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the downloaded records; perform quality checks to identify discrepancies
  • Organize and maintain appraisal records in accordance with firm policies and data protection regulations
  • Work closely with HR and HRIS teams to understand record requirements and address any issues
  • Handle all data with the utmost confidentiality and integrity
Qualifications / Person Specification:
  • F.5 / DSE or above
  • No experience is required but relevant experience is an advantage
  • Adaptability to stay focused and engaged in routine task despite its repetitive nature
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Familiarity with systems is preferred
This role will be compensated with a competitive hourly rate.
