Job Description: Salesperson – Robotics Solution (Hong Kong)
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused salesperson to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling service robots, including the management platform, elevator modules and other peripheral sensors in the total solution, across various industries such as hospitality, healthcare, retail, education, and more. This role offers a competitive commission structure on top of a basic salary, providing excellent earning potential for high-performing individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and engage potential clients, including businesses, organizations, and individuals interested in adopting robotics solutions.
- Deliver compelling product presentations that demonstrate the features, benefits, and applications of robots.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to individual customer needs to close deals effectively.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service and support.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct research to understand market trends, identify potential opportunities, and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and adapt to Hong Kong's business and cultural landscape.
- Performance Tracking:
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology, robotics, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Hong Kong’s business environment and market dynamics.
- Ability to explain technical products in a clear and engaging manner.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin is highly desirable.
Compensation
- Base Salary + Commission:
- A basic salary to ensure financial stability.
- Additional commission on each robot sold or project closed, offering uncapped earning potential.
