Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor with expertise in both new and refurbished IT hardware. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and possess genuine TPM (Third-Party Maintenance) experience. They will play a crucial role in leading a team of sales representatives, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate the value propositions of our products and services to diverse clientele. The Sales Supervisor will leverage their industry knowledge and leadership skills to foster a high-performing sales team dedicated to meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • TPM Expertise: Leverage genuine TPM experience to effectively communicate the value propositions of new and refurbished IT hardware solutions to customers.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to enhance sales performance.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales within the IT hardware industry, with a focus on new and refurbished products.
  • Genuine TPM (Third-Party Maintenance) experience is essential, preferably with knowledge of Data Centre hardware ticketing support.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Availability for weekend shifts and US hours to accommodate global sales operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
