Our Requirements
- Anticipated 2025 graduate from top-tier universities (Bachelor's/Master's/PhD)
- Enthusiastic about blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, with a drive to contribute to the development of the global digital financial ecosystem.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Proactive and committed to continuous learning and personal growth.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Nice to haves:
- Prior internship experience at technology/fintech/Web3/investment/financial firms or management consultancies
- Experience in leading projects, effectively coordinating resources, and driving results.
- Exposure to international programs, studies abroad, or global competitions, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
