Responsibilities:

• Prepare schemes for the ATSEP training programme
• Develop and deliver ATSEP Basic Training courses; Qualification Training courses; Unit Training Courses; Continuation Training Courses including Refresher, Emergency and Conversion Training; and Development Training Courses in line with the ICAO requirements
• Develop and deliver of ATSEP OJTI Training Courses and Assessor Courses
• Make sure the development and delivery of ATSEP training courses and assessment are competency-based in line with the ICAO requirements
• Seek approval from the Civil Aviation Department of HKSAR regarding the ATSEP courses developed by HKIAA
• Seek accreditation from the relevant authorities regarding the ATSEP courses developed by HKIAA
• Manage the recruitment of trainees for course enrolment
• Formulate strategies associated with the promotion of ATSEP Training programme offered by HKIAA
• Manage and prepare the budget and OPEX associated with the ATSEP Training programme

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Electronic Business
• Qualified and experienced Engineer in Civil Aviation with at least 25 years of operational experience
• Training qualification and managerial experience in the equipment training profession
• Proactive and customer orientated, good presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
