Responsibilities:
- Provide IT deskside and helpdesk support to customer through various channels
- Lead a team to deliver IT support service to customer
- Perform 1st & 2nd level of trouble shooting and reliable and quality backup management
- Perform Infrastructure monitoring and forwarding alerts
- Maintain hardware and software inventory, prepare inventory reports as required
- Assign work tasks to team members for follow up
- Provide service report and update service performance to management regularly
- Proactively monitor Infrastructure systems and services, apply remedial actions to resolve incident
- Provide technical hardware and software support to corporate clients
- Identify, recommend, and implement changes to IT infrastructure system
- Manage and administer our end user devices (Windows / Mac)
- Handle ad-hoc assignments / projects as required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in computer science or related disciplines
- 3 years IT deskside support/ system experience
- Professional certificate(s) holder is preferable such as ITIL / MCITP / MCSE / CCNA / CCNP
- Hands-on experience in PC support operation, TCP/IP and server infrastructure are essential
- Mature, positive thinking and active person are desired
- Good communication skill in both English and Cantonese
- Immediate available is preferred
