Job Description
1) General Clerk 辦公室文員
Duties 職責:
Responsible for daily office operations and administrative work 負責辦公室日常運作及行政工作
General word processing, data entry, filing and data entry 一般文書處理, 資料輸入, 入檔及入數
Manifests and documents checking 核對貨單及文件
Simple accounting work, such as inputting invoices into the system and issuing invoices ...... etc 簡易會計工作, 如入數, 打單...之類
Requirements要求:
At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience 一年文書處理經驗
An advantage for the candidates who have studied accounting subjects or have general accounting knowledge 曾讀過會計科目或有一般會計知識優先考慮
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) skills 具備良好的Word, Excel技能
Immediate availability is highly preferred 可立即上班優先
A stable working record will be a plus
2) Accounts Clerk TRAINEE 見習會計文員
Duties 職責:
Handle data input, invoice billing, and filing 處理資料輸入、發票計費和歸檔
Assist supervisors in general accounting duties協助主管處理一般會計職責
Preparing cheque & TT payment準備支票和電匯付款
Other ad hoc assignments 其他臨時任務
Requirements 要求:
1-2 years of accounting/ clerical experience 1-2年會計/文員經驗
Good Excel skills 良好的 Excel 技能
Less experienced / Fresh graduates with high calibre are also welcome 經驗較少/高素質應屆畢業生也歡迎應徵
LCCI Bookkeeping or related accounting study LCCI 簿記或相關會計學歷
Immediate availability is highly preferable 可立即上班優先
A stable working record will be a plus
