Job Requirement:

• University graduate with 1-3 years' solid working experience in marketing and event management. With more relevant experience will be consider as senior role
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in event management, marketing communications, and client servicing
• Strong organizational skills, adept at multitasking, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently, serving as an energetic and sensible team player with self-motivation and a positive working attitude
• Immediate available is preferred

Jod Description:

• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure flawless execution of client and channel campaigns
• Coordinate in planning events, offering hands-on assistance on-site for smooth execution
• Enhance and prepare event materials, promotions, and detailed reports post-event
• Support and organize on-site events and digital campaigns for successful implementation
• Assist in various duties and manage ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Skills and Expertise :

• Practical experience in planning events and collaborating with third parties and clients
• Strong multitasking abilities with effective time management skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient in PC skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
