What You’ll Do

• Supervise a smooth operation of The Bar
• Responsible for suggestive sale and proper service of all beverages, wine, champagne, liqueur, etc.
• Responsible for the logistics of private/ member events
• Work closely with all relevant departments to ensure the functions are run smoothly
• Provide high quality services and maintain a good relationship with club members
• Provide training to staff and casual workers to lead a team to achieve total guests’ satisfaction.

What You’ll Need

• Diploma or above in Hospitality, Catering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Catering / Hospitality industry
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A good team player, self-motivated and detail-minded
• Proficient in PC skills would be an advantages
