Coordinate internally and externally to develop new ESG data and index products
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to generate product ideas and drive ESG index/data businesses
Monitor ESG industry and regulatory bodies for key changes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Monitor and report on the performance and profitability of the ESG index/data products, and identify opportunities for product improvement and client growth
Work closely with ESG data providers and collaborate with cross-functional teams internally to develop and maintain ESG index/data products
Provide subject matter expertise on ESG index/data products and provide necessary support to facilitate client’s product launch and maintenance
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in the investment management industry, preferably at least 3 years in ESG index and data product development
Past experiences in product development and project coordination especially in data, sustainability or related areas
Strong knowledge of market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory landscape related to ESG index products
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders
Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
(Candidates with less experience will be considered for manager role.)
