Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Consulting and managing technical End-To-End project implementation for SAP SuccessFactors HCM's modules/ HR system projects;
  • Leading a cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met;
  • Oversee the management of intricate multi-system HR work-flow transformations for strategic clients. This role encompasses the entire process from planning and design to build, configuration, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT); Programs will include SAP SuccessFactors OR Workforce Software;
  • You will work with Software Engineer team members to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, schedules, and costs are managed effectively and efficiently;
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle;
  • Interacting with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Utilizing Success Factor tools to optimize project management processes.
  • Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed;
  • Reporting on project outcomes and providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage client and stakeholder's expectation and communication well at all steps within the project;

Profile

Job Requirements (MUST HAVE)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years or above of experience in large-scale, complex SAP SuccessFactors HR system project implementations, preferably within the consulting or vendor industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing HR software implementations, with a strong preference for SAP SuccessFactors experience;
  • Comprehensive involvement in all phases of SuccessFactors HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment;
  • Proven experience in a client-facing capacity;
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is mandatory;
  • SAP Certification in SuccessFactors modules is highly advantageous.
