Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities:

A detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage recruitment through SmartRecruiters, support training initiatives, and maintain SAP EC/ECP data integrity. This role combines technical expertise with recruitment operations and analytics capabilities.

Recruitment Operations:

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Manage candidate communications and relationship building

Learning & Development Support:

  • Coordinate training programs and employee initiatives
  • Maintain learning management system records
  • Track training completion and effectiveness
  • Support content development and delivery

SAP EC/ECP Data Governance:

  • Maintain data integrity in SAP Employee Central and ECP
  • Implement data governance standards and protocols
  • Monitor data quality and compliance
  • Document processes and procedures
  • Ensure accurate employee data management

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Generate monthly HR reports
  • Create EC/ECP data quality reports
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3 to 5+ years experience in HR operations with SAP expertise
  • Proven experience in recruitment operations, training administration, applicant tracking systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of HR metrics and KPIs
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
  • Fluent in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
