• Sourcing and purchasing of aviation products and repair services
• Liaison of purchase order delivery schedule with different parties
• Following up delivery, invoices, approvals and other documents with overseas vendors
• Vendor performance evaluation, approvals and management
• Preparing different operation reports

Requirements: 

• Degree in Engineering is preferred or Degree in Purchasing or other disciplines are also considered
• Minimum 2 years experience preferably in purchasing / supply chain / engineering industry
• Hands-on experience of MS Office, knowledge in Marco or VBA an advantage
• Good negotiation skills and communication skills
• Good command of both English and Chinese
