 Duties:-

  • Handle service calls from customers
  • Coordinate between sales and service team for repair orders
  • Schedule machine installation and preventive maintenance
  • Work closely with overseas suppliers for technical supports of machines and spare parts
  • Report technical issues and handle claims with factories

  Requirements :-

  • Form 7 graduates or above; VTC graduates with engineering knowledge/experiences is an advantage
  • 1-2 years experiences in equipment customer service, requesting for quotation, preparing purchase order and scheduling service calls with engineers
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • With experience with ERP system an advantage
  • Customer-oriented, responsible, pleasant, proactive, willing to learn and independent
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and telephone manner
  • Able to work under pressure
  • IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is preferable
