Join our team as a Brand Portfolio Manager, where you'll lead innovation projects in PET categories, streamline workflows, and champion portfolio health initiatives. You'll identify product gaps, develop compelling positioning, design packaging, and conduct post-launch analysis. Additionally, you'll prepare performance reports and enhance project team operations, driving impactful contributions and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Portfolio & Innovation Project Management
Act as the Project Owner for initiatives, driving key innovation and renovation projects.
Lead and/or assist in formulating, executing, and monitoring product innovation in PET categories (from new innovations, upgrades to relaunches). This includes identifying product gaps/opportunities, developing compelling product positioning and key benefits/features, packaging design, product commercialization, and post-launch analysis.
2. Portfolio Operations & Process Optimization
Develop portfolio toolkits for assigned projects to streamline workflows and improve execution efficiency.
Champion portfolio health initiatives (menu car expansion and simplification) across brands and markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Prepare various managerial and performance reports and conduct regular analyses.
Drive enhancements in project team ways of working in collaboration with the Activity Management team.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, portfolio management, product development, or project management. Experience in FMCG or pet care is a plus.
Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive and solutions-driven , with a strong desire to take ownership of key initiatives that drive business growth.
Natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional team environments.
