The Opportunity

The customer is the focus of everything we do, and millions of end users rely on our products and services daily. Position Responsibilities:

  • Validate the production credits, commissions, bonuses for distribution channels
  • Execute internal policy replacement rules, process orphan assignments and servicing agent changes
  • Handle appeals, not take up cases and bonus adjustment
  • Prepare and validate agent financing/allowance/recruitment packages
  • Handle enquiries from distribution channels
  • Handle and resolve complicated issues or complaints and escalate to Team Head in a timely manner
  • Participate in ad hoc operation tasks and projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree / diploma holder at any discipline
  • Over 3 years’ relevant experience in insurance industry
  • Mature, responsible and patience
  • Organized and attentive to details
  • Concern for order and quality
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • PC skill in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
