Description

As an 'IR officer,' your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing investor relations strategies
• Coordinating all investor relations activities and events
• Providing financial analyses and reports to stakeholders
• Responding to inquiries from shareholders and investors
• Maintaining relationships with existing investors and attracting new ones
• Assisting in the preparation of the company's annual report
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory rules and standards
• Collaborating with the internal accounting team to ensure financial accuracy

Profile

A successful IR officer should have:

• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication
• Strong knowledge of the Transport & Distribution industry
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance
• Business fluent English
