Responsibilities:

• Drive project management governance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and enhance project success rates.
• Implement and oversee software development governance to maintain high-quality software delivery.
• Manage IT compliance, focusing on end-of-life software remediation to prevent potential security risks.
• Coordinate and facilitate the remediation of penetration test vulnerabilities to strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity posture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to IT governance processes.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese, providing clear and concise reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in IT Audit, Risk and Control Management, or IT Consultancy work.
• Strong understanding of project management and software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT compliance standards and practices.
• Ability to identify and remediate IT vulnerabilities effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
