Duties and Responsibilities

• General QS & Contract Administration Works.
• Subletting, measurement, subcontractor’s payment assessment, interim payment application, VO valuation & final account negotiation.

Education and Qualification

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Studies / Quantity Surveying.
• 3 - 6 years’ QS experience in contractor or QS consultant firm working for building projects (preferably with HKHA’s projects experience).
• Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude.
• Good computer skill and self- independence.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
