Responsibilities:

• Assist in a full spectrum of Human Resources Duties such as Compensation and Benefits, recruitment, payroll and MPF calculation, employee attendance, leave record, staff recreation activities;
• Perform system data entry and personnel record filing, prepare employment contract, new joiners’ on-boarding logistics;
• Update and review the employee handbook with new Human Resources policies and procedures from time to time in compliance with the Labour Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and Inland Revenue Ordinance;
• Provide office administration support;
• Able to independently handle a full set of accounting operations, including preparing book-keeping records and maintaining General Ledger and Accounts;
• Capable in performing accounting duties including month-end closing, reconciliation of bank accounts, etc;
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments.

 

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Human Resources Management / Account or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years of solid hands-on Human Resources and Accounting experience;
• HR generalist role in the hospitality / F&B industry is preferred;
• Maintain the full set of accounts independently and work under tight deadlines during month-end closing;
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Schemes and other employment-related legislation;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
• Good computer knowledge of MS Office applications;
• Strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility and commitment;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
