• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Review project drawings, and contract documents to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined
• Prepare details reports and recommend appropriate corrective actions
• Perform quality assessment and tests on construction materials, including steel, concrete, and other building components
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction activities, materials and equipment to identify and rectify any quality issues
• Investigate and resolve any quality-related complaints or issues raised by clients, contractors or other stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in construction/ engineering/ material/ testing or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant QAQC experience within the construction industry
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems
• Knowledge of quality assurance and ISO certifications
• Knowledge of quality auditing techniques and standards
• Monthly salary up to $45,000 + discretionary bonus
