Responsibilities:

• Monitor warehouse performance to ensure all KPIs are met
• Respond to any issues in Logistics operations
• Daily logistics functions – ASN preparations, pick list generation, packing list creation, forwarder booking and cargo dispatch
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate inventory control
• Customer facing – majority by emails and phone 
   

Requirements:

• High Diploma holder or above
• Experience in Logistics industry is preferred
• Good Cantonese and English, with good spoken Mandarin preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
• Knowledge of WMS and ERP system is preferred
• Immediately available is preferred
• Candidates with limited experience or fresh graduates will also be considered

 

Work Location: Airport (Tradeport Logistics Centre)

 

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 09:00-18:00 

 

Salary: HK$ 16,000 - HK$ 16,500  

 

Benefits: AL 10-15 days, Paid sick leave, Public Holidays
