Job Responsibilities

• Comprehensive HR Support: Assist with a full spectrum of Human Resources duties, including Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, MPF & ORSO calculation, taxation, medical enrollment, employee attendance, leave records, Corporate events, and CSR/ESG activities.
• Administrative Functions: Perform system data entry, maintain personnel records, and prepare employment contracts for onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure accurate maintenance of staff personal records in compliance with employment regulations.
• Recruitment Campaigns: Support recruitment initiatives by executing job fairs, exploring new recruitment channels, and implementing various talent attraction methods.
• HR Reporting: Prepare and present HR reports to management.
• Daily Operations: Provide administrative assistance and support daily HR operations.
• Work Injury Management: Handle work injury submissions and follow-up on cases.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Undertake additional assignments and HR projects as needed.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience; solid experience in mass recruitment or within a labor-intensive industry in a sizable organization is advantageous.
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations in Hong Kong.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Language Proficiency: Strong communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese.
