• We are looking for SENIOR MERCHANDISER / ASST MERCHANDISING MANAGER – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Report to Merchandising Manager
• Collaborate with leading luxury beauty and skincare brands in France and Europe to develop and source high-quality cosmetic bags and promotional gift items.
• Identify and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery of products tailored to European market standards and client preferences.
• Analyze trends and consumer behavior in the French and European markets to provide insights for product innovation and align offerings with client demands.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and emerging trends in the European luxury beauty industry.
• Ensure all products meet the company's high standards of quality and align with the luxury branding of European clients.
• Resolve any production issues with suppliers.
• Act as the primary contact for key clients in France and Europe, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address concerns efficiently.
• Work with internal design and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination from product development to delivery.
• Mentor junior merchandising staff and share insights on European market practices.
• Tertiary education or Diploma holder is preferable
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in merchandising, with at least 3+ years of experience in cosmetic bags.
• Proven track record of working with European luxury brands and managing end-to-end product development tailored to the European market.
• Strong understanding of the French and European luxury beauty and skincare industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English & Chinese
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects for European clients.
• Familiarity with European market practices and cultural nuances in luxury branding.
• Occasional China trips is required
