THE COMPANY :

• Hong Kong office : sales office and technical service office for HK and Macau market
• We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING LOGISTICS ASSISTANT – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Perform general office admin tasks such as maintaining records, managing office supplies, and organizing files.
• Participate in preparing shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, export/import forms).
• Assist to liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
• Translate documents, handle bilingual correspondence, and coordinate between Japanese and international teams or clients.
• Arrange meetings, travel schedules...etc
• Prepare internal reports, presentations, and other materials.
• Report to Office Manager
• Tertiary education is preferable
• Japanese N2 or above
• Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years work experience in office environment
• Experience in Japanese companies is a plus
• Interest in office admin work or shipping & logistics work
• No trips required
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary plus performance bonus
• Medical insurance
• Annual leave : 7 days (1st Yr) to 18 days (max)
