About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing Human Resources and Administration for the Hong Kong and Macao head office and 9 retail stores, with an approximate headcount of 55-60 employees. This is an all-rounded HR role that supports recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, compensation and benefits, HRIS, and ensures effective employee relations across all functions and teams.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a full range of professional HR functions, including recruitment, on/off-boarding, compensation and benefits (such as payroll and commission calculation), performance management, employee relations, and administrative support, including maintaining the employee database, filing, data input, and other coordination tasks.
  • Oversee the complete talent recruitment process, from candidate sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and extending offers to the on-boarding process.
  • Collaborate closely with the Human Resources Manager on the communication and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and both HR and CSR initiatives.
  • Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of figures in our HRIS - WORKDAY in a timely manner.
  • Handle office administration duties, including but not limited to the procurement of office supplies, operations, and facility maintenance to ensure an efficient and sustainable work environment.
  • Participate in various ad hoc HR projects as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or relevant disciplines


Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Human Resources, Administration or relevant experience
  • A positive team player with patience and able to achieve multi-tasks in a fast-paced working environment
  • Good communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Strongly multi-tasking, detail-oriented, self-driven and IT savvy are highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
