Key Responsibilities

• Support daily trading operations for High Touch & Low Touch Cash Equities and F&O desks.
• Perform early morning exchange connectivity checks and provide Asia exchange support when needed.
• Manage OMS/EMS and middleware systems.
• Execute mandatory exchange-driven upgrades.
• Deploy software upgrades and collaborate with infrastructure teams to set up exchange and broker connectivity.
• Participate in weekend OMS/EMS exchange testing, including both internal and external activities.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 5–8 years of experience in a broker/dealer environment with expertise in OMS/EMS trading systems.
• Strong knowledge of Cash Equity trading in DMA/DSA, Agency, and Program Trading environments.
• Familiarity with exchange rules in Asian markets (HK/CONNECT/JP/KR/SG/TW/AU/IN/ID).
• Understanding of trade flow systems for DMA/DSA trade booking, especially in ID markets like CONNECT, Korea, Taiwan, and India.
• Hands-on experience with HKEX projects and exchange-driven activities.
• Proficiency in system monitoring tools such as Kibana, Grafana, Logstash, Elasticsearch, and ITRS.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable handling high-pressure trade support functions on the trading floor.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with vendors and traders.
  
  

Additional Skills

• Understanding of SWAP, Futures & Options in DMA & DSA order flows.
• Familiarity with SRE models.
• Basic knowledge of FIX protocol (a plus).
• Experience with change and incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and enterprise messaging systems (e.g., Tibco, Solace).
• Knowledge of Oracle (user level), SQL, and stored procedures.
