Hybrid (1–2 days in office per week)

Role Description

• Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to lead the visual design and creative direction of online marketing activities and user growth initiatives.
• Independently design diverse visual content, including but not limited to banners, commercial decks, web pages, and posters, while maintaining and updating design specifications.
• Contribute to conceptualizing and planning marketing campaigns, provide creative design solutions, deeply understand product objectives, implement compelling visual strategies, and foster cross-departmental collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong background in visual design, with at least 2 years of experience (fresh graduates are also welcome)
• Familiarity with AI-powered visual creation tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT for image prompts) is an advantage
• Experience in crypto, film, or game-related design will be prioritized
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects; familiarity with Sketch and Figma; and a good understanding of design standards for web and iOS platforms
• Experience with light animation or 3D motion design is considered a plus
• Proficient in English; ability to speak Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is a plus, but not required.
