We are currently seeking a talented Senior SRE Engineer (W/M) to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of our business dedicated to outsourcing trading infrastructure for APAC Region :

1. Platform Performance and Reliability:

• Collaborate in the design and implementation of infrastructure to support our managed service offerings, including hosting, exchange connectivity, and market data.
• Deploy infrastructure internally or with partners (on-premises, colocation, cloud) for critical applications requiring high performance and low latencies.
• Ensure the robustness of the infrastructure through continuous monitoring, morning checks, and maintenance activities such as upgrades and patches.

1. Operational Excellence:

• Industrialize the management of infrastructure by automating routine tasks, improving efficiency and reliability.
• Improve the security of our hosted platforms through the deployment of new security solutions.
• Enforce adherence to change management processes, including CAB (Change Advisory Board) reviews, breakglass and 4-eyes checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful implementation of infrastructure initiatives.

1. Team-base and Collaboration:

• Promote and implement best practices in infrastructure management, fostering a culture of technological awareness and continuous improvement.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings with internal teams and external clients and vendors to provide updates and follow-up on ongoing projects and initiatives.

Skills and requirements we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is advantageous (French).
• Working schedule : Sunday to Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm
• Technical skills:
• Proficient in Linux system administration (Rocky Linux, Redhat) and scripting (bash, Python) with Git expertise (Gitlab CI-CD, …).
• Experience with Ansible, Docker or similar automation tools.
• Experience of PostgreSQL database administration.
• Good networking skills, including VLANs, IP routing, and firewalling (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, …).
• Familiarity with monitoring solutions like Nagios, or Datadog.
• Background in Java application deployment or development.

It would be advantageous to have:

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes (e.g., GitLab CI) and virtualization solutions (e.g., VMware).
• Experience with public cloud services (Azure, AWS) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform).
• Basic understanding of ELK or Grafana, and Redhat Satellite.
• Exposure to "follow the sun" operational models.
• Knowledge of trading or financial applications.
• Agile methodology and DevOps experience, including JIRA.
• Understanding of SOC2 security standards.
