Key responsibilities

• Conducing trademark searches and preparing search reports
• Filing trademark applications in China, Hong Kong, and other counties
• Advising on and responding to office actions in China, Hong Kong, and other counties
• Handling trademark oppositions, invalidations, enforcement and licensing
• Monitoring trademark workflow

Skills and experience

• 2-5 years of experience in trademark practice, focusing on Hong Kong and China trademark work
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to work and team interaction
• Willing to work overtime and flexibility regarding work schedule
