My client is a Global Luxury Fashion brand. They are now looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Develop and formulate omnichannel Marketing strategies
Oversee Marketing & Communications activities such as Retail Marketing, Events from planning to execution
Initiate promotions and store activation programs
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, trade partners and 3rd party
Plan & implement events including boutique events, outpost, in-store animations, PR events etc.
Manage customer journey to acquire, retain and engage with the members
Conduct analysis to drive ROI efficiency and collect market intelligence
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above
At least 8 years of experience in Retail Marketing in Luxury Retail
Creative individual to develop engagement in-store events and retail marketing activities
Team player with strong communication and relationship skills.
Excellent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
