My client is a Global Luxury Fashion brand. They are now looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and formulate omnichannel Marketing strategies
  • Oversee Marketing & Communications activities such as Retail Marketing, Events from planning to execution
  • Initiate promotions and store activation programs
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, trade partners and 3rd party
  • Plan & implement events including boutique events, outpost, in-store animations, PR events etc.
  • Manage customer journey to acquire, retain and engage with the members
  • Conduct analysis to drive ROI efficiency and collect market intelligence


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • At least 8 years of experience in Retail Marketing in Luxury Retail
  • Creative individual to develop engagement in-store events and retail marketing activities
  • Team player with strong communication and relationship skills.
  • Excellent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
