Organize and coordinate medical related events / seminars/ exhibitions logistics and liaising with local and overseas vendors
Coordinate and support the logistics arrangements of event materials
Prepare direct mailings, marketing collaterals and other printing materials
Venue setup and manage on-site part time helpers
Keep every event budget and registration record update
Prepare post meeting reports after event
Occasional weekend / public holiday working for specific events will be required
Assist and support any administration duties
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Business / Event Management, marketing or related field
1-2 years experience in marketing / event co-ordination
Good time management and organisational skills, can handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
Self-motived, independent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint
Knowledge of audio visual equipment setup
Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage
