Description
Digital Messaging Propositions: Define and shape digital messaging across various platforms, including SMS, MMS, Push Notifications, and future channels/devices
End-to-End Delivery: Ensure best-in-class delivery from initial scoping with business units through to post-implementation support and measurement
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business, analytics, and data teams to ensure flawless execution of digital messaging.
Operational Insight: Provide pragmatic approaches to the design, manufacture, and deployment of messages.
Campaign Analytics: Perform hands-on analytics for campaign lead generation and tracking.
Business Insight: Understand the business and share insights from analytics work.
Offshore Team Management: Manage an offshore delivery team to provide timely and quality analytics deliverables in a dynamic business environment.
Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data and Information Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in retail banking, focusing on information and data management.
Skills: Highly motivated, well-organized, capable of multitasking, adept at problem-solving, and skilled in influencing others.
Communication: Proficient in communicating effectively with business, operations, and technology teams.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital messaging technologies (such as SFMC, AEM), with hands-on experience in the content development lifecycle and post-implementation support.
Preferred Skills: Familiarity and experience with SAS, SQL, Tableau/QlikSense, Python, and Pega.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous with a zero-tolerance approach to quality and accuracy issues.
Customer Service: Possesses a strong sense of ownership and a service-oriented mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.
