JOB SUMMARY

Perform clerical duties, assist supervisor to complete outward, inward clearing and clearing return process as well as Teller/KAPITI transactions and Cashier Order issuance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform data entry and cheque scanning for outward paper cheque clearing
  • Perform irregularities checking of inward paper cheque clearing
  • Perform Teller / KAPITI transactions and issuance of Cashier Order
  • Prepare clearing return advice for Teller transactions
  • Prepare MAS record list, merge MAS / Flexi2 files to generate MAS draft report for checking.
  • File reports and deliver internal documents.

REQUIREMENTS

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 3 years working experience, preferably in banking/ finance field
  • Good PC skills
