Our client is a casual & lifestyle apparel company. They are now looking for a Customer Service Representative - Call Centre for their growing team.

Description

  • Deliver high-quality service, understand customer needs, and provide an experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about stores and the official online flagship store via phone, email, and LiveChat.
  • Play a key role in guiding and managing issues related to products, stores, and services.
  • Act as a bridge for customer feedback within the company, contributing to the brand.

Profile

  • High school graduate or above, with a focus on personal growth.
  • 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Proficient in computer operation, Microsoft Office, and typing in both Chinese and English.
  • Good conversational and written skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Sincere, friendly, customer-oriented, and responsible.
  • Team player with a proactive work attitude, able to work independently, lead by example, and possess strong communication skills.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
