The Department of Industrial Engineering and Decision Analytics is looking for a responsible and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Officer.

Job Duties:

• The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the Department and its programs.
• Duties include but are not limited to supporting program administration and logistics, handling student enquiries, managing the frontline operation in the general office, providing secretarial support to faculty members, and performing any other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of full-time work experience, preferably in program administration in the education sector.
• Associate degree holders with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
• Candidates should possess a good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Candidates should be proficient in computing applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

(Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
