Our Client, a reputable virtual bank is seeking an Assistant Loan Manager to support their operation.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Optimize acquisition capability and efficiency with AlipayHK, Marketing team to achieve business targets
• Support the formulation of consumer credit products acquisition and commercialization strategies and campaigns to support new business growth
• Works with UI/UX, operations, risk team to deliver an excellence end-to-end customer experience
• Drive business growth by tracking and analyzing user feedback, key product indicators, and design the continuous improvement plan
• Initiate new product development and maintain existing product competitiveness to cope with the changing market demand
• Monitor and understand market dynamic and competitive activities to keep abreast of the product trends, pricing and offers, and customer needs
• Works with different stakeholders and also participate in UAT to ensure a smooth project delivery to achieve the business goals

Qualifications & Requirements:

• University degree holder, preferably majoring in business relates disciplines
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience with consumer credit products (personal loans or credit cards) with a good understanding of the loan product regulations and market practices
• Strong business acumen and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time
• Self-driven with a strong drive and positive attitude toward work, able to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in data analysis, user research, and product design methodologies would be a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage.
• Less experience will be considered as assistant loan manager
