SENIOR MANAGER - DATA ANALYTICS & CUSTOMER INSIGHTS
University graduate, preferably major in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, IT
10 yrs’ experience in data analytics and business insights of loyalty programs
Proficient SQL, SAS, MS Office (excel and Access), VBA and ETL
Requirements:
University graduate, preferably major in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, IT or related disciplines
At least 10 years’ proven experience in data analytics and business insights of loyalty programs in fast-paced industries such as FMCG / retail / shopping malls / telecommunications
Strong business acumen to identify key business drivers and draw relevant data insights & recommendations to achieve business goals
Experienced in managing complex customer data from multiple sources, database marketing and database management
Good knowledge and business application of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlikview, etc) and Google Analytics
Proficient SQL, SAS, MS Office (excel and Access), VBA and ETL
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Flexible and responsive to changes; able to cope with fast-paced environment and organize multiple & competing priorities simultaneously
Responsibilities:
Manage the overall data analytics framework for the loyalty program with an aim to drive sales and business profitability
Engage business stakeholders to recommend key business insights and strategy
Drive synergy of data across business units, digital channels and loyalty program to answer business questions for long-term business growth
Oversee the execution of data management and analytics strategy including data governance, management, modeling, segmentation etc.
Bring in best practices in advanced data analytics and predictive modelling for digital marketing, campaign management and related initiatives
Work closely with IT teams to ensure relevant data mapping and effective use of data
