Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Supervisor on the day to day operations of the whole facilities/plant
• Assist to supervise the operation & maintenance technician to operate the facilities in accordance to the standard operation procedures to meet company’s objectives.
• Ability to train the plant operators and others in the operation; supervise and guide the maintenance team on the process and operational of the plant and related systems.
• Monitor the performance of the facilities, prepare and maintain records of daily operational information, power, water usage and other activities
• Support in Identify operating defects, faults and pro-actively respond to abnormality.
• Liaise with and manage external sub-contractors in performing operational & maintenance supporting tasks.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Environmental Engineering and/ or Mechanical Engineering and/or other relevant discipline
• At least 3 years related working experiences in wastewater treatment plant / sludge treatment plant
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good know-how on statutory and regulatory safety and environmental 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
