Our client is an insurance company. They are looking for a general office administrative assistant for 6 months.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the scanning and filing of documents to maintain organized records
• Handling dispatch and receipt of important documents
• Support the team for administrative needs
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Higher diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the insurance or financial sector
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
