Our client is luxury watches brand
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Logistic support: Handle shipping and receiving of repair watches locally/internationally
- Inventory Management: Replenishment of spare parts and dispatch parts to different departments
- Schedule and update watch repair status
- Prepare Monthly Report to managers
- Responsible for filing and documentation tasks
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- 3-year relevant experience
- Relevant experience in service industry preferable
- Relevant experience in order management or logistics support
- Good in spoken English and Mandarin
- A good team player, hardworking, patient, pleasant and strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (pivot table, vlookup), English and Chinese Word Processing
