Job Description:

The Officer Trainee Programme is a well-structured program to groom and develop the Officer Trainees in a systematic and comprehensive manner within the Property Management industry.

During the 18 months, the Officer Trainees will undergo 4 comprehensive development programs including:

• Orientation Course
• Mentorship by Senior Management
• Attachment to various Department and Sites
• Facilitation Learning – Business specific knowledge and management competencies

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree or above in any disciplines
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel
• Strong self-motivation and strong learning capability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include:
