Job Description
- To assist in planning, organizing and monitoring various recruitment exercises, including vetting of applications, arrangement of recruitment formalities.
- To handle contract renewal and appointment-related matter.
- To compile returns of various recruitment exercises.
- To render support (indoor or outdoor) to various recruitment exercises and training courses.
Job Requirement
- Degree holder with Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or equivalent.
- Preferably with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
- Preferably with government/administration working experience.
